Events February 11 History Faire 9 am - 3 pm Learn about the history of Schuylkill County! Visit with historical societies from local towns, see informational displays and hear about the county's rich heritage during this annual one-day-only event. February 11 Girl Scout Cookie Sale noon - 4 pm Brownie Troop 31227 of Schuylkill Haven will be hosting a Girl Scout cookie sale in center court. Feburary 11 - 12 For the Love of Animals Hillside SPCA will host this fundraising event to raise money for the shelter. Contact Josi Leach for more information at (570) 462-1881. February 17 - 20 President's Day Sidewalk Sales Enjoye great savings at participating stores located throughout the Mall. February 18 - 19 Girl Scout Cookie Sale The sale of these tasty treats continues with Brownie Troop 31026 of Minersville hosting a sale in center court on Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm and on Sunday from noon to 4 pm. February 25 "Magic Carpet Ride" Puppet Show 11 am Sadecky's Puppets present the "Magic Carpet Ride" Puppet Show which will take guests on a soaring adventure of new lands and interesting people. March 3 Education Express 10 am - 2 pm Sponsored by the Community Engagement for Early Childhood Education Team of Schuylkill County. Make sure you give your child what they need to be ready for school and lifetime of learning! Interactive displays will be hosted by local libraries, early childhood education providers and schools. Girl Scout Cookies Sales All sales will take place in Center Court. March 3 - noon to 4 pm, Brownie Troop 31227 and Daisy Troop 31219 of Schuylkill Haven March 4 - 11 am - 3 pm, Brownie Troop 30989 of Port Carbon March 9 - 5 - 9 pm, Cadet Troop 31806 of Hegins March 10 - 10 am - 5 pm, St. Clair Girl Scout Troops March 4 - 10 Big Diamond Speedway Race Car Show Drivers of Big Diamond Speedway will show off their race cars! For more information, contact Jim Evans at (570) 399 - 5286. March 17 Amerian Red Cross Blood Drive 10 am - 3 pm Give the gift of life and donate blood during the American Red Cross Drive. March 23 - 24 Schuylkill County Quilter's Guild Quilt Show See the amazing handcrafted works of art on display in the storefront across from Super Shoes! March 24 Easter Bunny Arrives! 11 am Children 12 and under can bring their Easter baskets and join in a parade around the Mall, led by the Bunny, to collect Easter treats from participating mall stores! The parade will start at 11 am, and after a loop around the Mall, the Bunny will lead the line back to his house in Center Court where he will settle in for photos and visits! March 26 - April 7 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt Children 12 and under can pick up a participation form in the Mall Office or at the Easter Set and visit participating stores to find hidden eggs. Once they complete their participation form, they will be entered to win one of many Easter baskets stuffed with prizes and candy! March 31 Cub Scout Pine Wood Derby 9 am - registration 9:45 am - first race The Hawk Mountain Council Cub Scout Pine Wood Derby will provide for an action-packed morning!
